Why IDI?

IDI is a ‘purchasing co-operative’ owned by our member shareholders. Our initiatives are funded by our members, not our vendors. Supplier Commitment

IDI and our shareholder members recognize that our supplier partners, and exceptional programs, are an integral part of our success. We are committed to forging mutually beneficial marketing relationships with our national suppliers. READ MORE

Mission Statement
